Antique English Tole Tray With Hand Painted Fox Hunt Scene Early 19th Century on a later stand for use as a coffee table. The tray, in remarkable condition, is English Regency and likely started life as a tea table fitted to a taller stand. This stand is likely mid 20th Century obviously designed for coffee table height.

Note: The hand painted tray surface has been restored. Several layers of a heavily soiled shellac were removed to reveal the original hand painted fox hunt scene in remarkable condition. A layer of varnish was applied to protect the tray for future use. Both before and after photos are displayed.
