COMMENTS: Priydan Ivan Haritonovich participated in the Second World War and graduated from the Kharkov State Art Institute in 1951. He had been a member of Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1963. Haritonovich was not only an artist but was also a professor of Lvov Polygraphic Institute from 1971-1982. Ivan Haritonovich participated in numerous exhibitions including Soviet Ukraine in Moscow: 1960 and the Exhibition devoted to the Ukrainian and Russian Unification in 1967. This painting dates to 1972.
